Cleaning service is provided five nights a week, Monday through Friday. We provide extensive daily cleaning as a part of our standard building services. Please refer to your lease for standard janitorial specifications.
If trash that is to be disposed of is not in wastebaskets, please inform the cleaning personnel by adhering an orange “TRASH” sticker. Stickers can be requested from the Management Office.
Please DO NOT leave items that are not trash on top or near wastebaskets that might be misconstrued as garbage.
If you have special cleaning needs, such as carpet shampooing or special glass cleaning, a request can be submitted via the Electronic Tenant Solutions work order system. Special cleaning services can be arranged at tenant expense.
If a small cleaning problem should arise during working hours, please contact the Management Office. Should you have any questions or comments regarding the cleaning services, please notify the Management Office.
